Day 1
- industry experience sharing and lesson learned
Share our experience supporting and leading solution development to product management transition in other similar companies. These examples and real life practices will enable clear understanding of what required and expected , while shaping the product management role and designing the new product development lifecycle.
We will present Danske Bank (internal IT with external supporting services), Credit Swiss (internal IT) and Bank Leumi (internal IT with external supporting services) practices, journey, SPDs and the lessons learned from the process

Second half day – developing the performance controls and implementation roadmap
Objectives
based on the Organization strategic and operational set of goals and objectives we will develop the relevant KPIs and how to monitor and report progress of the transition journey
Content
we will start this part of the day with presentation of suggested set of KPIs that may fit the Organization based on the inputs from last days inputs of strategic and operational goals. After a short presentation we will conduct round tables in which we will develop a propriety set of KPIs for the Organization

Day 2
Develop the Organization operational goals from the new organization and product managers
Objectives
based on the Organization’s understanding and development of strategic set of goals and objectives we will develop the operational goals
We will start this part of the day with presentation of suggested set of operational objectives and goals that may fit the Organization and an organization transitioning to product management, based on the inputs from last day strategic goals. After a short presentation we will conduct round tables in which we will develop a propriety set of operational objectives
