About ISPI (Institute for Software Process Improvement) and Processis:
Tim  Kasse was the original founder of ISPI  in December 1991 along with Jeff Perdue.The main focus of ISPI  has always been software process improvement services, including training, consulting and appraisal,  to US customers using the CMM/CMMI model.Tim was the CEO and Jeff served as the CTO. A few years later Brian Gallant joined ISPI as the Chief Operating Officer.  ISPI  has been a partner of SEI since 1992.

Processis Limited was found by Edmond  Sung in 2002 in Hong Kong. Processis has been a partner of ISPI in CMMI services since 2008.
In China  and Hong Kong, Processis, partnering with ISPI,  has successfully completed more than 80 CMMI projects and provided the official ‘Introduction  to CMMI ’ training to more than  400 students in China, India and US.
