Many people have heard of Process  Improvement or PDCA, but very few have implemented that in their actual work. This 2-day workshop will walk the students  through  a complete PDCA Process Improvement cycle in practice,  so that the students can apply in real life scenarios. The exercises and scenarios will be customized to be similar to the current  environment.
