The two-day workshop covers the main planning and management controls required to implement policy management, as well as the requirements for measurement analysis, and metrics from general software development companies. Students will learn how to apply the policy deployment management to different organizational needs and cultures, and how to improve their personal capabilities and achieve breakthroughs.

overview
The strategic approach management (SPD) approach is used to document and strengthen strategic objectives and to insight into the future and make strategy a reality. This method is based on a concept extension proposed by Professor yogi Akao in the late 1950s in Japan. "Everyone is an expert in his field of work," and the Japanese approach to TQM is to use this way of collecting thinking skills to make all employees do well in their work area. This is the basic principle of strategic policy management.
