ASSUMPTION: Project Manager Interviews could be conducted in a “group” format – at least two of the project managers sould be comfortable being interviewed with another project manager in the room. The standard schedule has a separate interview with each Project Manager.
ASSUMPTION: The one day allocated for documentation is adequate for this surface level appraisal. If a more detailed look at documentation is needed add one more day.
